Log in to COMST app or "http://www.comst.jp/" and recharge within a term of validity. The payment can be done by credit card and at convenience store.
Caution: The SIM will be automatically canceled without recharge before the term of validity which is shown on "http://www.comst.jp/". The SIM card can not be reused in any case.
